If you are unsatisfied with your purchase from LEOMO for any reason, you have 30 days from the date of purchase to request a full refund. Returned merchandise must be in its original condition with its original packaging and all original accessories.
Please submit a return request to get a return material authorization (RMA) number before returning any merchandise. Once you have an RMA number, securely pack the device and return the package and include the top label inside the box and the bottom label on the outside of the box for shipping. Shipping fees for returns will be covered by the customer.
